What You’ll Do:

• Accurately enter data for work orders, purchase orders, and other required information into our clients’ job management software
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards of professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• A methodical approach with strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in data entry
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive work environment
• Proficiency in multi-tasking with minimal supervision
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Previous experience using ServiceM8 is an advantage

Please note: There might be a training period at the commencement of this job, and these hours will be paid at a reduced rate, this position will commence on a casual basis with the expected working hours to be approx. 15-30 per week, with the opportunity of becoming permanent part-time for the right candidates.
