We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service / Help Desk & SaaS Project Legend to join our team.

Are you an experienced  Service Desk / Help Desk Analyst in a SaaS environment?

Do you thrive in a fast, ever-changing environment, where multi-tasking & attention to detail is required? 

Do you perform well under pressure, while still delivering a high level of care and customer service?  

Experienced Bookkeeper / BAS Agent

You’ll know all elements of bookkeeping, know what a client needs to be ready for BAS, and be able to work alongside their accountant to provide them with whatever they need.

You’ll be a positive team player, with a can-do attitude, focused on doing whatever it takes to get the job done, and responsible for ensuring all tasks for our clients are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

You’ll have exceptional admin skills, and the ability to multitask.

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Expert to join our close-knit team based in Eltham.
